How we build
A developer is remembered for the building that is still standing straight in twenty years. These are the rules we build by.
The part you cannot see is the part we spend on. Paint can be redone; a foundation cannot.
A project is not advertised until it is registered. Our own website will not show it before then.
A cost sheet you take home, with no figure that changes later and carpet area stated the way RERA requires.
We run what we build — the park, the food park, the society gate. Every shortcut would be ours to live with.
